Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website, submitting a quote request, or hiring EZ Power Wash ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our Services
We provide exterior cleaning services in Orange County, California, including driveway and patio cleaning, house and roof soft washing, surface restoration, and commercial power washing for storefronts, sidewalks, parking lots, HOAs, and multi-unit properties. Residential jobs may be requested through the free quote form; commercial work is arranged directly by email at info@ezpowerwash.com.
Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and, in many cases, a remote assessment using satellite imagery. They are not a binding contract until the work is scheduled and confirmed.
- Pricing may be adjusted if on-site conditions differ materially from what was described — for example, significantly greater square footage, unusually heavy staining, or unsafe access. We will tell you before performing additional work.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling, Access, and Your Responsibilities
Before we arrive, please:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area, including gates, walkways, and driveways.
- Move vehicles, furniture, planters, and other loose or fragile items out of the area.
- Close all windows and doors, and let us know about leaks, damaged seals, or defective surfaces.
- Make a working water supply and, where required, an electrical outlet available.
- Secure pets and inform us of any known hazards on the property.
Weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns may require rescheduling. We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations or an inability to access the property at the scheduled time may result in a trip charge.
Results, Surfaces, and Pre-Existing Conditions
We select the appropriate method and pressure for each surface and use biodegradable, plant-conscious cleaning solutions. Even so, some stains, oxidation, rust, etching, efflorescence, discoloration, and weathering are permanent and may not fully release. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as failing paint, aging sealant, loose siding, deteriorated grout or mortar, faulty windows, or improperly installed fixtures. If we identify a risk before starting, we will tell you and let you decide how to proceed.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we have agreed to other terms in writing. For ongoing commercial accounts, invoicing terms are set out in the individual agreement. Late balances may accrue reasonable late fees, and returned payments may incur a processing fee.
Insurance and Limitation of Liability
EZ Power Wash carries liability insurance. To the fullest extent allowed by California law, our total liability arising out of any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any claim of damage must be reported to us within 72 hours of service completion so we can inspect it.
Satisfaction
If something does not meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of service and we will return to re-address the affected area at no charge where the issue is within the scope of the original work.
Photography
We may photograph before-and-after results for our portfolio and social media. Photos never include identifying details such as your name, address, or house number without your permission. Email us if you prefer that we not photograph your property.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by EZ Power Wash and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Quote form submissions are also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.
